- Applications, interviews, career data, and billing information are restricted to the signed-in account owner.

Applications and uploaded files
Resumes and interview notes are kept away from public access and protected while saved or transferred.
- Application data and uploaded files are not made publicly accessible on the internet.
- Information is protected from casual reading both while it is being transferred and while it is saved.
- Uploaded documents and images are checked before the service accepts them.
- The service confirms that you are signed in before showing a saved file.

Information used by AI features
Resumes and interview notes are not sent to an external AI service during non-AI product actions.
- Relevant excerpts are shared only when you choose an AI action such as question prediction or answer generation.
- Viewing applications and interview records does not send your career data to an AI service.
- InterviewTrail AI does not use your career data to train its own AI models.
- Review every AI-generated answer and correct it to match your real experience before using it in an application or interview.

Payments and operations
Card information is not stored by InterviewTrail AI, and service issues are monitored continuously.
- A specialist payment service handles card numbers, and InterviewTrail AI does not store them.
- Your card provider may request an additional identity check when needed.
- We monitor the service for operational and security issues and apply necessary updates.
- If a serious issue is confirmed, we assess its impact and notify affected users when appropriate.

Controls available to you
You can review product data and request deletion or export when you no longer need the service.
- Applications, interviews, projects, stories, and other product data can be updated or deleted in the product.
- Account deletion and data export can be requested at [email protected].
- Review all AI-generated content and correct it to match your real experience before using it in an application or interview.
- Use a strong password that is unique to this account and enable two-step authentication when appropriate.
