You build a knowledge base of your career projects and work stories in STAR format. When you use any AI feature, the system retrieves the most relevant entries from that knowledge base and includes them in the prompt. This means predicted questions, model answers, and match analyses all reflect what you have actually done, not what a language model imagines.
