What does InterviewTrail AI help with?
It combines job application tracking, interview round tracking, interview Q&A storage, and AI workflows for common questions, reverse questions, question prediction, answer generation, JD / resume analysis, and AI resume rewrite.
Are non-AI features free?
Yes. Core tracking features are available without AI usage charges. AI actions use prepaid credits because they consume model resources.
What languages does the product support?
The product interface is available in Japanese and English. AI-generated content — predicted questions, model answers, and analysis — is produced in Japanese.
What makes the answers more grounded than generic AI tools?
The Interview Knowledge Base stores your projects and stories in a structured format, so AI can work from your real experience instead of generic examples.
Is this only for behavioral interviews?
No. It also helps with application tracking, likely question prediction from job descriptions, and resume-job fit analysis.
Is my career data sent to an AI provider while I use tracking features?
No. Relevant career context is shared with an external AI service only when you choose an AI action such as question prediction, answer generation, or match analysis. Tracking and reviewing records do not trigger an AI request.
How are resumes, interview notes, and payment details protected?
Login details are managed by a specialist authentication service, saved data and files are kept away from public access, and a specialist payment service handles card numbers. InterviewTrail AI does not store your password or card number directly. See the Security page for a plain-language explanation.
